Kathleen Griffin, PhD
Kathleen Griffin, PhD is recognized as one of the nation's foremost authorities in post-acute care and senior health services continuums and is an affiliate consultant to JGA.
In a career that spans more than 30 years, Dr. Griffin has assisted more than 500 hospitals, health systems, and healthcare organizations with strategic planning, feasibility studies, and development and operations of post-acute care as well as senior services care continuums. She has served as a content expert for the Joint Commission and for the post-acute committee of Pioneer Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) for the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI).
Previously, she served as National Director, Post-Acute and Senior Services for Health Dimensions Group, CEO, American Transitional Hospitals, Houston, TX; and, Present and COO, Rebound, Inc., Nashville, TN. She also was CEO and COO for national healthcare associations in Washington, DC and began her healthcare career in hospital administration.
