Jade Gong, MBA, RN
Jade Gong, MBA, RN, is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Jade Gong & Associates (JGA). She is a strategic advisor to executives of post-acute organizations, healthcare systems, national associations, and technology companies. With 30 years of experience at the intersection of strategy, management and policy, Jade brings a passion for innovation and helps her clients to succeed under value-based care. She has deep expertise in Medicare and Medicaid payment, strong operational knowledge of post-acute and long-term care programs and strategic insight into risk-bearing integrated models of care for frail seniors, including PACE.
Jade currently serves on the Public Policy Committee of the American Geriatrics Society and the CMS Technical Expert Panel for Development of PACE Quality Measures. Jade has recognized expertise in Veteran’s long-term care. From 1996-2005, she served as an appointed member of the Congressionally Mandated Geriatrics and Gerontology Advisory Committee of the Veterans Administration, and in 2004, she testified before Congress on the provision of long-term care services for Veterans.
As a national thought leader on health care trends, Jade is the author of numerous publications and a frequent speaker at national industry meetings. She is a member of the American Hospital Association’s Speakers Express.
Jade received a Master of Business Administration from the Yale University School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (cum laude) from New York University.
